OPI Neon Revolution Nail Polish Swatches & Review

Press Sample/Affiliate Links

OPI Neon Revolution is a set of six mini nail polishes – a white base and a top coat to go along with 4 neon shades: Don’t Say It – Yellow It!, The Time is POW!, Pink Outside the Box and Blue it Out of Proportion.

Below I swatched all of the shades over top of the provided White Base (had to use two coats of this on each nail) and used the provided Top Coat (both also OPI brand).

Don’t Say It – Yellow It! is a neon highlighter yellow and has an excellent formula – only one coat was needed over top of the white base!

The Time is POW! is a neon orange with a hint towards coral and not so much traffic cone-like. I used two coats of polish to cover the white base.

Pink Outside the Box is a vibrant neon pink, so loud and sassy it makes you smile when you look at it. Two coats were used over the white base.

Blue it Out of Proportion is a neon cobalt blue. I love this shade, but the formula was so sheer, even over the white base. I always seem to have this issue with the neon blue shades. Three coats were used over the white base.

My fave of the four is definitely The Time is POW! It’s that shade that I could see myself getting married to… having kids with… the whole nine yards.
