Perhaps the most stunning item from the Chanel Spring 2013 Printemps Precieux de Chanel Collection is the limited edition Poudre Signee de Chanel Illuminating Powder.
What Nordstrom says about the Chanel Poudre Signee de Chanel Illuminating Powder:
A limited-edition creation, a sheer highlighting powder is artfully embossed with iconic CHANEL emblems. Bringing a fresh vitality to the face, the soft pink powder lightly dusts over cheekbones and high points to capture and reflect light with a delicate luminosity.
(Left side is swatched heavily and on the right it’s sheered out)
The shade of the Poudre Signee de Chanel Illuminating Powder is described as Soft Peach Beige. The shimmer is so delicate and finely milled it’s almost unnoticeable. The formula feels velvety soft and light weight.
Normally I’m not a fan of an included brush, but Chanel seems to like to prove me wrong with a lot of their limited edition face products! The included large, sponge applicator is perfect for sweeping on the exact amount of product that you need and in a precise way.
At first glance you’ll notice no difference to your face. The powder is that fine. Once you hit the right lighting, go outside, or get your picture taken, it’s quite obvious the powder is there and helping your face to achieve a whole other level of luminosity.
The Chanel Poudre Signee de Chanel Illuminating Powder retails for $68.00 and is available at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s as well as at chanel.com.
