She Wears It Well is a great go to palette for when you need your morning to be fool-proof. All of the shades coordinate well together, blend beautifully, and have little to no fall-out (the only shade I experienced some fall-out with was Onyx, and it really wasn’t too bad).
Of the shimmer shades – Trophy is a frosty pale silver taupe, Glow is an antiqued bronze, Latte is a peachy browned taupe, Foxy is a deep chocolate copper, Sunset is a peachy tan and Frosting is a very light pink.
Of the matte shades – Onyx is a deep black (I sometimes have issue with application on a matte black, but this one is amazing), Almond is a light nude, and Toffee is a warm medium brown.
Below, check out the swatches and eye looks that I created using the She Wears It Well Palette! All arm swatches are done dry and without the use of primer.
(L-R: Trophy, Glow, Latte, Foxy)
For this eye look I started off using a thin layer of Urban Decay Primer Potion. Latte was applied to the lid and Glow into and above the crease, blending up. Foxy was applied to the outer V and blended. Trophy was placed at the inner corners and blended into and above Glow. The liner is Make Up Forever 2L Pearly Brown Aqua Eyes and the mascara is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill.
(L-R: Sunset, Frosting, Onyx, Almond, Toffee)
For this eye look I started off using a thin layer of Urban Decay Primer Potion. First I applied Frosting all over the lid. Toffee was applied into and above the crease and Onyx in the outer V and blended. Almond was used to blend out Toffee and to highlight. I placed Sunset below the lower outer part of the eye. The liner is Make Up Forever 0L Mat Black Aqua Eyes and the mascara is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill.
Countless looks can be created using these nine shades. Go out, grab a palette, and have fun!
