Le Metier de Beaute is becoming an increasingly popular brand with a wide array of products. I am in LOVE with LMdB and want to dip my toe (or face, as the case may be) into all areas of product.
Recently, when I went on my Le Metier de Beaute buying bender to get my GWP Karla Sugar gloss, I purchased the Champagne Dualistic Eye Pencil.
From the Neiman Marcus website:
Dualistic Eye Pencil
Whether it’s a defined line or a subtle smudged sultry look, this velvety-soft formula delivers rich pigmented colour and allows easy application for versatile, sophisticated looks.
*Velvety-soft and rich colour.
*No tugging, blends easily.
*All day wear.
All of the above are true. I found this pencil extremely easy to apply and was impressed with its pigment and longevity. The pencil is a little smaller than I expected it would be, but the fact that this product is exactly what I’ve been looking for in an eyeliner more than makes up for it. This can also be used as an eye shadow base.
Below I took a pic of my eye with nothing on it. To show off Champagne I then put on MAC Painterly Paint Pot, LMdB Champagne Dualistic Eye Pencil, LMdB Midnight Blue Anamorphic Lash Mascara, and also used the LMdB Eyelash Curler.

Le Metier de Beaute Eye Lash Curler
From the Neiman Marcus website:
Ideal for all eye shapes, the Eyelash Curler delivers dual results: long-lasting and voluminously curled lashes combined to make your eyes pop.
First, the custom shape and size of frame length ensures stability and control, while the curved angle suits all eye shapes (read: no pinching). Next, the silicone pad designed as an inverted “T” shape provides a protective, stay-put edge for improved safety and optimum curl.
The replaceable pad promises comfort and easy cleaning, while providing expert precision (a replacement pad is included). And finally, the carefully calibrated hinge is specifically engineered to apply the perfect amount of pressure on eyelashes.
For optimal results, hygiene and safety, it is recommended that the Dualistic Eyelash Curler be cleaned after each use. Additionally, to maintain its precision performance, the silicone pad should be replaced after 3 months of use.
Open the curler by spreading the handles and center your upper lashes between the top and bottom (rubber) section of the curler.
Position the curler at the base of the lash line and gently squeeze handles. Hold for several seconds.
Curl the lashes in an upward and outward direction starting from the base working towards the tips of the lashes.
Use the curler before applying Le Mètier de Beautè mascara to prevent damage.
I’ve actually never had much luck with ANY Eye Lash Curler. I have tried the Shu one out in the past and never noticed a difference in my lashes. I didn’t notice a huge difference with this one either, however I did notice that it didn’t tug as much as the Shu and that my lashes did seem to separate and work with the mascara much better than usual. The Le Metier de Beaute Eye Lash Curler is also $1 cheaper than the Shu Uemura.
The Le Metier de Beaute Dualistic Eye Pencil is available in four shades (Champagne, Noir, Tamarack, and Sequoia) for $36 and can be picked up at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman. The Le Metier de Beaute Eye Lash Curler can also be purchased at the above locations for $18.
***The Eyelash curler was sent to me for consideration by a representative for Le Metier de Beaute. I bought Champagne Eye Pencil from Neiman Marcus.
