Le Metier De Beaute Eye Kaleidoscope – Splendid Frost

Today is such a special day! Well… kind of lol

I have for you the Le Metier De Beaute Eye Kaleidoscope in Splendid Frost. I CP these shadows for my girl Natalie in Australia and this one arrived… um less than new? The product pics I took below were of the shadows straight out of the box, before I’d even touched them. When I get CP product I always check them in case there are chips, or other types of deformities. Nat decided she wanted to have a replacement sent and I figured, well I’m sending this back, it’s used… might as well swatch it ;) And, of course, give you all the priviledge of seeing how absolutely amazing these shadows are.

Nat has always sung the praises of LMdB. They’re definately pretty, but pricey. You’re getting what you pay for. They were incredibly easy to swatch. Pigmented, blendable, and you can build the shades to morph the colors. I’m so extremely impressed with these shadows they’re definately on my “to buy” list.

The casing is 4 shadows stacked, designed to swivel out. I’m not a huge fan of that (I like to look at everything all at once), but I like that it’s different and unique.

Swatches:

Look how unique the blue is! I want to have babies with it. Seriously. I’m not even kidding.

The Le Metier De Beaute Eye Kaleidoscope retails for $95 and is available at Bergdorf’s (ask for Dustin 212-872-8612) and Nordstrom.com

I have wanted to try this line for a while now, but I haven't been able to justify the price. However, that blue is beautiful!
